How does the card commission percentage affect me?
The card commission, usually 3% to 5%, comes out of what you charge through a POS, so your Almendra finances show the net amount you actually receive.

It affects you in that it’s money you don’t receive. If your appointment costs 100 and the patient pays by card through a POS (Point of Sale), you’ll receive 100 minus that card’s commission in your account.
This commission usually ranges between 3% and 5%, depending on the card company you use. So, if your appointment costs 100 and the commission is 5%, only 95 will show up in your finances, which is the actual amount you receive.
