What happens if a patient stops coming to appointments?

If a patient comes to an appointment, you create the meal plan, send it to them, and the patient never comes back, the following happens:

If you had already scheduled a new appointment with that patient, it will show up as an “Appointment absence” in your agenda, and their attendance rate will be affected.

The patient’s information (body measurements, medical history, personal data, meal plans, etc.) will remain recorded in their profile, so you can review it whenever you want, and if they come back, there will already be a record of what happened in that appointment.

We recommend sending them an email so they come back for your services; maybe the patient has just been busy lately.
